My story…

For over half a decade I’ve been a massage therapist and lifelong student of the body — its patterns, its language, and its capacity to heal. In my career, I’ve had the honor of working with international leaders of wellness, 5-star celebrity Luxury Wellness spaces, medical offices, and integrated healing spaces for people from all walks of life that have entrusted my skills, discretion, and ability to create a safe, meaningful and therapeutic experience. Everyone deserves intentionally curated wellness. My craft lives at the intersection of structural technique, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. Slow and fluid touch has become my form of deep listening.

Many people live primarily in their minds, while the body quietly holds tension and unresolved emotion. Over time, that disconnect can show up as pain, tightness, or a general sense of being out of alignment. My work is attuned to help you bridge that gap—so you can return to a more grounded, aware relationship with your body.

Mind Body Ciencia is centered on movement, presence, and the understanding that your body already knows how to heal—it just needs the space to be heard. Our attention is constantly pulled outward, this practice offers a place to slow down and reconnect. Each session is an opportunity to not only release tension, but to leave feeling more present, more aware, and more at home with yourself.

The Experience…

Unhurried, fluid, and deeply intentional. Rather than applying a specific modality, I meet you where your body allows. Sessions can be deep, gentle, or both, guided by what your body is communicating in real time balancing nurturing touch with focused pressure. This approach allows areas of tension to release the way it needs to.

I address the body dynamically. I came to bodywork through movement — traveling rings, slacklining, acroyoga, and dance — and a deep curiosity about how we inhabit ourselves. This shaped how I listen to the body: not as something to fix, but something to work with. In session, this gives your nervous system time to settle and your body time to respond and let go.

My Path Through Wellness

My foundation comes from a 1,250-hour certification at the National Holistic Institute, grounded in anatomy, physiology, and both eastern and western modalities. These teachings emphasize presence, body awareness, and therapeutic touch rooted in both structure and intuition. From there, my education expanded with intention:

  • Neuromuscular Therapy — musculoskeletal function, chronic pain, pain referral patterns, and structural assessment. Hands-on modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, mobility, and myofascial work established my technical foundation and a deep respect for the intelligence of therapeutic touch, shaping how I assess and work with the body today

  • Somatic Integration (Aura Institute, 2024) — nervous system regulation and trauma-informed touch. Nervous system regulation and embodied emotional processing, expanding my ability to bridge structural bodywork with the more subtle, felt experience of the nervous system.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Academy of Lymphatic Studies, 2026) — Vodder technique, Lymphatic anatomy, edema management and contraindications.

  • Ayurvedic Practice — four years in a traditional Ayurvedic spa environment immersed in traditional Ayurvedic therapies and philosophy. I developed a working understanding of Ayurveda’s holistic framework for balance and regulation, and how it can complement modern therapeutic bodywork.

What I’ve found is that true healing doesn’t live in one modality—it lives in how they’re integrated and in the practitioner’s ability to listen
